  • Connected Accounts (Google OAuth): If you opt to connect your Google/Gmail account to Quazas, we request access to specific scopes (such as reading, drafting, or managing emails). We collect and store only the data strictly necessary to execute your automated inbox workflows.
  • Technical & Usage Logs: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, timestamps, and performance metrics to ensure platform security and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Quazas platform;
  • Process AI-powered features, generate text, and execute automated workflows at your request;
  • Manage billing, subscriptions, and usage tier limits;

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Quazas’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Important Data Disclaimer: We do not sell your Google user data to third parties. We do not use your Google/Gmail data to train generalized AI models, nor do we allow human operators to read your integrated email content unless explicitly requested by you for technical support troubleshooting.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with trusted infrastructure subprocessors necessary to deliver the Service:

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Databases: (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) for secure data hosting.

These partners are contractually bound to protect your data and are strictly prohibited from using your information for any secondary purposes.
