These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Quazas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, connecting an external integration, or utilizing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Quazas is an AI-driven business workspace, launchpad, and management platform providing task automation, team coordination, insights, and email workflow integrations.
2. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
- Paid Tiers: Access to specific operational limits—including staff seat caps and fixed monthly AI credit allocations—is governed by tiered premium subscription plans.
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly) via our authorized payment processor (Stripe). By choosing a plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
- Usage Limits & Overage: Each tier features fixed monthly AI credit caps and staff management seat ceilings. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles. We reserve the right to pause or restrict feature access if your workspace exceeds its allocated tier limits until your plan resets or upgrades.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time within your workspace settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle; your current access remains active through the end of the paid period. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Account Responsibilities & Staff Management
- Workspace Authority: The primary account holder (the “Owner”) assumes complete administrative control over their workspace.
- Staff Actions: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions, data modifications, and API usages executed by the staff members you invite to your workspace.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quazas to:
- Violate local, state, federal, or international laws;
- Inject malware, scraping scripts, or execute denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure;
- Attempt unauthorized extraction of source code or circumvent user authentication mechanisms;
- Abuse or intentionally overload AI processing capabilities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if we detect a breach of these structural security rules.
5. AI-Generated Output & Data Ownership
- Input and Output Ownership: As between you and Quazas, you own all text, inputs, and prompts submitted to the platform, as well as the unique outputs generated by the platform’s AI engines.
- No Warranties on Generation: You acknowledge that AI-generated output is provided “as-is.” Quazas makes no guarantees regarding the legal trademarkability, absolute accuracy, or complete originality of any automated document, task breakdown, or insight generated. You assume sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before deploying them in your live business operations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quazas is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding system uptime, continuous availability, or that the system will be entirely free of technical bugs or operational errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quazas, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, core operational data, reputation goodwill, or direct business interruptions arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect software upgrades, regulatory shifts, or pricing adjustments. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued usage of Quazas after revisions go live constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms.
